I especially liked the marbled ones as they looked really awesome. What is unique in I Love Macaronsogifa, is that each step is illustrated with an in-the-moment photograph. She breaks it down to the simplest steps and also adds what could go wrong and explains why it did so and how you can fix it in the future. Primarily, don’t benchmark french macarons against the US.
